Ingredients
Moist Ingredients
- 1 cup butter (room temperature)
 - 1/2 cup yogurt
 - 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
 - 2 eggs
 
Dry Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cup flour
 - 4 tsp baking powder
 - 1 tsp cinnamon
 - 1/2 tsp nutmeg
 - Pinch of salt
 
Optional ingredients
- 1/2 cup walnuts
 - 1/2 cup raisins
 
Preparation
In a bowl
- Mix the moist ingredients.
 - Sift the dry ingredients on the butter mixture.
 - Stir in any optional nuts and dried fruits.
 
On parchment lined baking sheets
- Spoon the batter on the baking sheets leaving space between each cookie.
 
In a hot oven
- Bake until golden brown.
