Swiss chard dip
Cooked chard with tarator
Ingredients to cook the chard
- A pinch of salt
- 4 cups chard stalks, peeled and diced
Tahini sauce ingredients
- 1 cup tahini
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Lemon juice to taste
- Salt to taste
- Boil the chard in salted water until tender
- Drain well and let it cool completely
- Combine all the tahini sauce ingredients in a bowl. Whisk well.
- Stir in the cold chard stalks.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary
