- 100 g Cannellini white beans (boiled & drained)
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 or 2 Red Peppers (roasted, skinned & seeded)
- 1 Lemon (juiced & zested)
- Salt & Pepper
In a food processor
- Blend all the ingredients together.
To serve as a dip, drizzle olive oil on top.
To serve on crostini, spread on the bread and top with a few boiled white beans and a drizzle of olive oil.
